Manager, Mickey has
been with the
company since 1997
and is one of the
original members
She spent the early
days as the general
administrator and
receptionist and
then was groomed by
the CEO into a Sales
executive. When the
business expanded
into manufacturing
and importing she
was given the
opportunity to work
in these
departments. Being
appointed group HR
Manager, allows her
the privilege of
working closely with
all the staff and
being a part of
their upliftment and
progression within
C&R giving them an
opportunity to grow. |

Having
begun her career at C&R Brand
Solutions as a receptionist Vanessa
has over the years proved to be a
dedicated and valued member of our
team here at C&R Brand Solutions.
She has worked her way through the
company portraying a work ethic that
is insurmountable. Her loyalty and
dedication has made the management
team sit up at take notice, with
this in mind she is the newly
appointed manager of the CRM
department.
Vanessa will no doubt bring a

over 20 years of extensive
experience in manufacturing and
production I personally strive for
excellence.. Joining C&R Brand
Solutions in January 2010 as
Production Department Manager has
allowed me the opportunity to merge
the clothing, bags and gift
divisions allowing for improved
teamwork.
My team and I, aim to provide you
with the highest quality goods in
the quickest possible time frame. I
take pride in the efficiency of our
department where there is no place
for second best! Because we strive
to live by our motto of: We’re good
at what we do!

I am currently
manager of the
Logistic Department.
I am in control of
receiving, despatch
and warehousing and
monitoring all
systems put in place
and for
receiving of all
stock
We have a fleet of 6
vehicles and I am
working closely with
the despatch manager
to ensure the fleet
is maintained and
look after. We
monitor the drivers’
delivery ratio and
ensure all deadlines
for deliveries and
collections are met.
Customer service is
one of our key
focuses and seeing
that we are at the
end of the
production cycle, we
have to ensure that
a client gets their
orders on time to
ensure we are
meeting their
expectations. |
